This is an agreement by and between the American Association of University Professors, University of Toledo Chapter hereinafter referred to as UT-AAUP, and the Board of Trustees of The University of Toledo hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”. This Agreement sets forth the understanding between the parties as to the terms and conditions of employment of Members of the Bargaining Unit specified herein. In case of conflict between this Agreement and policies and practices of the Employer, this Agreement shall be controlling.
