MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

July 14, 1993

The undersigned parties hereby agree to amend Article 13.11 of their collective bargaining Agreement,
dated May 1, 1993, to provide disability insurance at 60% of base salary plus a 15% supplemental
retirement benefit.
